Home made Chewing Ginger


I am telling you how to make fresh, unadulterated, standard chewing gingers at home which is enriched with vitamin C. At first take one kilogram ginger and wash it properly. Then remove peels from gingers. After removing all you wash it again. After that pickup these gingers from water and put these on the chopping board. Now start to chopping the gingers in small shape. Chop up these gingers perfectly that which ingredients you want to mix, mix it properly because the original tastes of chewing gingers is it’s mixture. After chop these gingers you put it on 1 or 2 bowls. Now you can mix some quantity of salt as your tastes or needs. I mixed ten salt spoons of salt. You can take more or less quantity of salts. It’s depends on your tastes. You can take 4 pieces of lemon and cut these. Now take these fragment of lemons and squeezing properly and mix it’s juice with ginger. For more taste you can take 10 pieces of chili pickles. Chili enriched with vitamin C. Vitamin C is very useful ingredient for human  body. For better tastes you can take some quantity of christ's thorns pickles. It is also full of vitamin C. When you mixed chili pickles and christ's thorns pickles in chewing gingers, it’s tastes will be increase more. Now you can mix some amla pickles with choped gingers. You all know about the harbal attribution of amla. It's also enriched with viramin C. Mix some vinegar into the bowls of chewing gingers. I mixed 10 teaspoons of vinegar. You can also mix some quantity of  vinegar as your tastes. Your tasty chewing ginger is ready now to eat. Now you can chew it instantly or you can chew it after dry. If you want to dry, you can put it in the sunlight for 4 or 5 days. Dry chewing gingers can stored in home for long time and you can eat day after day. It is no doubt that wet chewing ginger is tasty but dry chewing gingers will give you more and more tastes.  Now you can eat these gingers wet or dry. It is your choice.
